Helen directs the CIPHA Programme for Cheshire and Merseyside. She oversees the strategic direction of CIPHA, ensuring the programme meets its delivery objectives. Helen engages regional stakeholders to mobilise and embed the CIPHA approach. Helen is also the Associate Director of Business Intelligence at the Cheshire and Merseyside ICS and through this ensures alignment across the ICS, the CIPHA programme and regional priorities.
Tom is the CIPHA Project Manager for Cheshire and Merseyside and is responsible for the co-ordination, management and delivery of the various CIPHA initiatives and workstreams for year two. Tom works closely with Helen Duckworth to ensure strategic objectives are met across the ICS, along with the management of communications, risks and issues.
